GNS Genie
Aim: Replace an analogue system that transferred audio clips from a central server to the regional offices.
End Product: A system that worked very successfully. It was robust and ensured that the audio clips were always sent even if part of the network went down. As part of the project, we created a website that allowed the support departments to analyse how the system was working.
The website would highlight any problems with the network or servers and was linked to the system reports. It would also email the support departments if a problem came up.
